Once you have this information, simply go to the Member Login page of the PSS Personal Account Access website, enter your details (listed above) on the right hand side of the login page, under the "Register / Reset Password" heading, and press the Get Password button.
If you have entered your details correctly, your password will be immediately displayed on the screen. You can also follow this same process if you ever forget your login password.

If your account has moved to Deferred Benefits or Pensioners, you should login to those sites instead, you will no longer be able to login to the PSS member website.
