Knowing what to do when a loved one dies is difficult. This section provides information for family members of deceased State Super members to help them understand what they are entitled to and what they should do.

We recommend that a representative of the family contact State Super on 1300 652 113 as soon as possible when a pension member dies. This will prevent overpayments and speed up any reversionary pension payments that may be payable.
