Katalin Suranyi - Head of People & Culture
Ms Suranyi leads State Super’s People and Culture team and is responsible for driving the organisation’s strategic and operational human resources agenda to enable business objectives. Her role focuses on unlocking organisational and human capital potential and supporting leaders to build leadership excellence while enhancing employee experience and engagement. She is also responsible for maintaining operational compliance and leading transformation initiatives to sustain long-term success.
Ms Suranyi brings over 25 years of comprehensive experience with global organizations in local and regional positions, including Deloitte, Korn Ferry, Unilever, Ferrero, and Richemont Group, across Europe, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
She holds a Master of Science degree in Economics, is certified in multiple personality and cognitive assessment tools, as well as mental health support specialized for workplace environments. She is also a member of the Australian HR Institute (AHRI).
