Open Access Information
As a NSW Government body, STC must comply with relevant NSW legislation, including the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act), which requires all government agencies to make certain information publicly available. This information is called 'open access information'. STC’s open access information is described below.

Disclosure log
As yet, STC has not made any information it has released in response to an application for access under the GIPA Act available to the general public. If STC considers that any information it releases in response to an application for access may be of general public interest, it will record information about the relevant application in a disclosure log.

Register of Government contracts
STC has engaged in contracts to the value of more than $150,000 with private sector entities. These contracts are listed in the Register of government contracts.
Record of open-access information not released
If STC decides not to make any of its open access information publicly available on the basis of an overriding public interest against disclosure of the information, it will publish a record of that information. As yet, there is no open access information of STC that it has decided cannot be made publicly available on the basis of an overriding public interest against disclosure.
