Recipients proud of State Super Scholarship award

With the deadline for 2021 Scholarship applications fast approaching, our 2020 State Super Academic Scholarship recipients are keen to encourage other post graduate students in NSW to apply.

Robert Annabel and Isaac Dunn are the first recipients of a Masters/Honours Scholarship from State Super. Both students sent a video sharing their thoughts on the scholarship program and encouraging other post graduate students in NSW to apply for a scholarship in 2021.

Robert Annabel, who is doing his Masters degree in Business Studies at the University of NSW said, “The State Super Scholarship provided me with the financial support to continue my research as well as valuable industry contacts”.

Isaac Dunn who is doing his Honours in Psychology said, “Thanks to State Super, I’m now able to continue my research at Macquarie Uni”.

Both recipients received a scholarship of $16,000 and will share the progress of their research with the State Super Scholarship panel, who will provide encouragement and feedback. John Livanas, State Super CEO explained, “Through State Super’s Scholarship Program we are proud to be supporting some of NSW’s best post graduate students. I would like to offer my congratulations to Isaac and Robert, and we all look forward to sharing in their research as their journey unfolds”.

Applications for the 2021 scholarships are closing on 31 December. All the details on how to apply are outlined on the Scholarship page, along with videos of CEO John Livanas and the scholarship recipients.
