SAS Trustee Corporation (STC) respects the privacy of all STC scheme members and beneficiaries.

Protecting STC Scheme members' personal information is always important to STC. Further, New South Wales legislation: the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 and the Health Records and Information Privacy Act 2002, requires STC to handle members' personal and health information in accordance with the Information Protection Principles and the Health Privacy Principles.

STC has a Data Breach Policy which sets out how it complies with the NSW Mandatory Notification of Data Breach scheme.
