Chief Investment Strategy Officer

Ms Pratt was appointed in her current role in October, 2025 and is responsible for ensuring that State Super meets its asset-liability management objectives in negotiation with State and Federal governments and working with the CEO and the Board to develop investment strategies for each of the schemes investment options. She and her team also oversee implementation and effectiveness of the $30 billion investment outsourcing arrangement with TCorp and the $7 billion investment outsourcing with Frontier Advisors, manages key stakeholder relationships and leads State Super’s actuarial function.
Ms Pratt joined State Super in 2017, and prior to that time was Head of Institutional, Australia & NZ, at global asset manager, Franklin Templeton Investments, held an equivalent role and was a partner at GMO Australia Ltd, as well as working in superannuation, investment specialist, product and consulting roles with NAB, MLC & Lend Lease.
She holds a MBA (Exec.), a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance & Risk Management (FGIA), TFASFA and GAICD. She is also a Non-Executive Director of Salaam Finance Ltd and sits on the Investment Committees/Advisory Boards for the Public Trustee and Guardian ACT and the Victorian Building & Plumbing Commission, and has served on several industry associations and investment committees.
